Gund Sesame Street Cookie Monster 12″ Plush User Review

I’ve always thought the Cookie Monster was so cute. My parrots have a small TV in their room and I used to tie balloons to the top of it to keep them from flying up there. But then I discovered that they wouldn’t go near stuffed toys. I already had a Cat in the Hat, but he only covered half of the top of the TV. Cookie Monster now sits on the other half.

I don’t know if the birds like him or not, but I think he’s really cute. And since they have a few Sesame Street DVD’s maybe they recognize him. I’ve posted a couple of pictures on this page.

If you’re thinking of getting him for a child, he’s really soft and seems pretty durable. I think a child would like him too!

Melissa & Doug Slice and Bake Cookie Set User Review

My granddaughter is 3 years old and was delighted by the Melissa and Doug Cookie set. I found it to be just as described and decorated so that a little one would enjoy and have fun with it for hours while playing house or having tea with grandma or her favorite friends. She’s able to pretend that she “cuts” the cookie dough with the wooden knife and place it on a cookie sheet for baking. They are then decorated. The only reason that I didn’t give it the five stars on durability is that some of the Velcro that holds the cookies and frosting together don’t appear to be very strong and aren’t holding very well. I believe I will need to somehow replace the Velcro in the future. Even with this minor problem, I do think it was a good investment and would purchase it again due to the imagination factor that I have enjoyed watching so far. For that, it is priceless.

Bake Up Something Good
The Slice and Bake Cookie Set features a dozen cookies that are packaged in a cardboard tube that looks just like a tube of cookie dough from the grocery store. Because they’re held together with Velcro, the cookies slide out in one piece. Use the wooden toy knife to “slice” the cookies apart — the Velcro makes a satisfying slicing sound when it separates.

The child can then place the cookies on the cookie sheet and pretend the cookies are baking, making sure to hold the “hot” cookie sheet with the oven mitt once they’re done. (Note that the toy kitchen utensils are not meant for use with real food or with real kitchen appliances.)

Once the cookies are done baking, it’s decorating time! The 12 “vanilla” and “chocolate” frosting pieces attach to the cookies with Velcro. They are painted with different, yummy looking sprinkles, candy pieces, and icing patterns, so your child can create a variety of different looking cookies. After the decorating is done, your child can serve them up with the included wooden toy spatula.

Perfect for preschool-age children, this toy not only offers plenty of opportunity for imaginary play, it also helps small kids exercise their motor skills. My Little Pony Ponyville Carry Case User Review

My 3 1/2 year old grand daughter loves this purse for her many “my little ponies”. She puts 4 tiny ones in the front and there is lots of space inside for about six of the lager ponies.

the only thing that i would change would be the strap. i would make it a back pack or make the strap longer. its kind of hard to carry when she is fully dressed in winter gear. otherwise she loves it.
